The Modalities
There are three groups of modalities: Cardinal, Fixed and Mutable. Each modality carries with it characteristics that apply to the four signs it includes.
Cardinal Signs
The Cardinal Signs are Aries, Cancer, Libra and Capricorn.
A high cardinal rating is great for getting things started. But you’re going to keep interested in your own endeavors while not really feeling the vibe of others’. If somebody else is doing something that intrigues you today, you’re more likely to try to find a way you can copy them to some extent, so that you can still have your own personal brand on your interpretation of their idea.
A low cardinal rating will leave you searching for places to tag along. You aren’t likely to be blazing any trails today, or if you are in a new situation, you can be uncomfortable as you try to feel your way through. This is when you’re going to want to piggy back on other people’s great ideas as you’ll do more with established concepts.
