The Kite
The Kite configuration occurs when a native has a grand trine, and there is a planet in direct opposition to one of the three planets in the Grand Trine. Kites are generally beneficial because they provide a place to direct the positive energies from the Grand Trine. These positive energies are directed towards the nature of the opposition between the planet in the Grand Trine and the planet outside of the Grand Trine. This aspect is wonderful for building the self, but often times overpowers other aspects in the chart and does not allow one to really grow outside of oneself, resulting in difficulties relating with others.
