Bud will let you know your account information, as well as your account status (if your account is currently expired or if it is still active). &bull Form - Request Your Login Information &bull I just signed up/renewed my account. Why can't I log in? All memberships for weeklyhoroscope.com are processed manually from our offices. This is because we can't fully set up your account without your birth information (where we get your astrological information from). We commit to getting new accounts and renewals set up by 5:00 PM Eastern the next business day, though it's usually pretty fast if one of us is at the office when you send in your form. You will receive an e-mail from us (HTML format) right after we activate your account. &bull I just signed up/renewed my account. Why can't I access certain charts or reports? Certain charts and reports that appear on the site are personalized, based on your birth information. We can't do them until we get your forms, and they take a bit of time to do, perhaps longer depending on if there is a large backlog of orders. Usually, Bud does charts on Mondays and Thursdays every week. You will receive an e-mail from us (HTML format) right after we have completed your charts. &bull There is a bug on one of the pages and it isn't working correctly. Weeklyhoroscope.com features a large quantity of different pages (in the hundreds). We ask that you please include which page you are having issues with; (it will help even more if you copy the page address from the address bar in your browser and paste it in the "Afflicted Page" field below), as is an enormous help in helping us quickly diagnose isolate the problem. Accurate charting is important to us. If we messed up something in one of your charts, we will redo them. We are proud to admit it only happens rarely, but it has happened. Explain the error and your actual time of birth and we'll be happy to fix it for you. If you find out you were born at a different time of day, we will redo the charts for you as well.
