Horoscope Summary:
Happy Fourth of July (and Happy Birthday Jenny)!
It's Fourth of July weekend. Lots of fireworks. I even have a wedding to go to. As I mentioned in the monthly scope for July 4: “It's important to note that some things might be said that can't be taken back.” I'm pretty sure the words, “I do” apply there. Let's get into it some more.
Our energy right now features Mercury opposing Pluto. Just opening your mouth up can cause some massive changes. In nature, this can introduce some challenging situations, almost as though you are biting off more than you can chew. But with a great amount of work comes a great amount of reward. It's going to seem easy for everyone to say “Yes, I can handle that,” and the opportunities that come with such a request. It's actually delivering on your promises that will be difficult, but it's not impossible. So if you make commitments here, back them up, even if it means you have to spend a ton of time on them.
Aside from that, we just entered a new Mercury cycle and on Sunday we enter and new Venus cycle. Both are going to be losing a little bit of steam in their new signs. You're going to have to work a little bit harder communicating with others (showing concern and support will help a great deal). You're also going to have to avoid becoming too nonchalant with your possessions, your job or even your personal relationships (showing commitment to all of these things is also going to get you cool points with the Universe).
With energy like this, nothing's getting handed to you on a plate, but that doesn't mean you can't make it work for you. It's just going to take a little extra effort. Best of luck.

Horoscope for Capricorn
There's an aggressive nature to the way you'll address situations this weekend. You are going to want to assert your dominance and when you can, that's great. But others might push back, so you're just as prone to developing some rivalries here or straining your existing relationships. This is what you need to focus more on. The over-assertiveness will come and go but the impact it has on your relationships will last for much longer. Don't put other people down, or project yourself to be superior in any way because people will leave you on your own if you do that.
