account status (if your account is currently expired or if it is still active).
All memberships for weeklyhoroscope.com are processed manually from our offices. This is because we can't fully set up your account without your birth information (where we get your astrological information from). We commit to getting new accounts and renewals set up by 5:00 PM Eastern the next business day, though it's usually pretty fast if one of us is at the office when you send in your form. You will receive an e-mail from us (HTML format) right after we activate your account.
Certain charts and reports that appear on the site are personalized, based on your birth information. We can't do them until we get your forms, and they take a bit of time to do, perhaps longer depending on if there is a large backlog of orders. Usually, Bud does charts on Mondays and Thursdays every week. You will receive an e-mail from us (HTML format) right after we have completed your charts.
To help us fix any bugs, E-mail Bud. Weeklyhoroscope.com features a large number of different pages (in the hundreds). In the e-mail, please include which page you are having issues with (it will help even more if you copy the page address from the address bar in your browser and include it in the e-mail), as this can help us isolate the problem. Let us know as much as you can about the problem; the more information you give us, the easier it will be for us to fix the problem quickly.
Accurate charting is important to us. If we messed up something in one of your charts, we will redo them. We are proud to admit it only happens rarely, but it has happened. E-mail us and explain the error and your actual time of birth.
If you find out you were born at a different time of day, we will redo the charts for you as well. We only ask that you are fairly sure about the new time (like you checked your birth certificate).
