Venus and retro Saturn combine for the first aspect of this cycle (the 21st). There will be things that you "should" do for people around you, but there isn't anything really mandating that you have to. Still, it's a good idea to get others on your side; it won't terribly difficult. Really, all others are going to want here is predictability: Be reliable and do what you say you're going to do. If you're aggressive, you can also get others to forgive past transgressions you've committed.

Next up, the Sun then connects with Saturn on the 24th. There are going to be people who talk a lot of game, and others who exude themselves with quiet confidence. Aim to be on of those who asserts themselves through their actions. Others will certainly take notice. Look to do a little bit extra in everything that you do as those who do the bare minimum won't be successful in distinguishing themselves from the crowd.

On the 27th Venus is going to run across from Mars which can make things more difficult on our personal relationships. Often the wants of others will conflict with our own. Don't worry so much about making people happy as this will be too difficult in a lot of situations. Merely aspire to keep relations civil for the time being. Material possessions aren't going to have the same appeal either, which can cut into your motivation for the day.

The Sun follows along in its opposition to Mars on the 29th. Beware of a sense of entitlement as it's easy to get to thinking you are more deserving of things than your track record supports. The other side of this is you are prone to dogging it or quitting on things if you don't think you are getting your fair due. This will only make things worse. When it comes to your skills, you'll need to slow down to be effective; a tendency to rush can lead you to mess up things that usually come as second nature.

Mercury aligns with the Node on February 2nd. Declarations of what you want are in order here. Some of the things you say can have a profound impact on shaping your future opportunities and important information can show up to influence your future decisions. Don't keep your wants to yourself though. If you remain quiet, you might not give others the chance to point you in the right direction.

The 6th has Mercury and Uranus meeting up in a positive aspect. Ask lots of questions today because that will get the mind turning. When you hear answers, you won't blindly accept them as truth, particularly if you don't fully understand them. The crux of this energy is about gaining clarity in these issues that leave you a little perplexed. Also, stay attentive because you can modify to great effect the things others have to say, leading to reoccurring humor bits or new mantras.

Venus and Neptune connect on the 8th which makes this a good day for sharing your wants and desires with others. You might daydream about the things you want most, which can inspire you to seek them out (as long as you don't loaf around all day, lost in your mental wanderings). Forms of enjoyment that represent an escape from reality (like books or TV) are the best way to recharge and relieve any lingering stresses.

Next, Mercury moves into Aquarius on the 10th. Through this cycle, people will need to strive harder to reach consensus with each other. Credence can be given to all ideas until they have been proven faulty. The best way to get ahead here will to be to have the support of the crowd behind you. If you have something you are pushing for, make the rounds; let everyone know what you are trying to accomplish.

A day later (the 11th), Venus moves into Pisces. Getting a read on people can be a little bit tougher as they can be more moody, quickly transitioning between highs and lows. Be on alert and ready to shift depending on which version of people you see. There can be intense moments of connection between you and others, but there can be some dramatic cooling off periods as well. You should also keep an eye on your finances; your propensity to give will increase, but you should make sure you aren't giving everything away.

Mercury and Saturn hook up on the 12th which can serve as an important day because people can remind you of what you need to be doing. There are certain elements of your daily routines that might be going slack; if this is the case, this is one of the few times during the Saturn retro cycle that others will clue you in. Try not to be too discriminating with information here either as others can certainly benefit from things you know.

Mars and Mercury clash the next day (the 13th), creating the potential for some ill-advised conversations. Don't hurry anything along, especially if you think this is your only opportunity to say something.
