Harmony with others can be an issue today, especially when the emotional sides of situations kick in. Often you might be feeling something while it appears others are cold about it - the converse is also true. So when you're going about your day and it seems like something means everything to you, but little to others, it can end up being disheartening.

That said, you can't go on the warpath as a response. It's often hard to see things from others' perspectives, and they might not be showing how they really feel about a situation. Better yet, they might not be able to show this, because they're caught up in a bunch of other urgencies you're not aware of. If you can see the whole picture, things would probably make a lot more sense, but unfortunately a lot of times you're only going to be able to see your side of the tale.

So with that in mind, avoid rushing to judgment. Additionally, avoid being the one injecting strain, drama and stress into situations. A little bit of patience can go a long way here. Being someone that can be understanding of others and what they might be going through can earn you a lot of credit towards your relationships in the future. Best of luck.

There's going to be a right time to let loose and a wrong time. You're going to have a propensity to get these mixed up right now though, so staying on the same page as others can be a bit difficult. Try to follow the cues of others for when the intensity ramps up and you need to start focusing on things with more seriousness. If you are in a position where you need to lead others, it's going to be best to lead by example, rather than through your words.
