Our relationships might not progress much here either, though the big thing is to maintain open lines of communication with those around you. You don't want to get into this mentality where you think others are out to make your life miserable - any slights here are most likely unintentional. A lot of our interpretations about what others are doing can be driven by what we think they should be doing, but these ideas might not be aligned. While you can have a solid eye on your goals and what needs to be done, you can also realize there are a lot of different ways to ger there. This energy can be a big boon to your creativity on that end, especially in areas that involve your finances or possessions. You can find ways to squeeze every last bit of usage out of an item or stretch your money to go much farther than it normally would. You do need to be a little careful when you're in charge of others though, as this makes you more prone to overworking people.
