Daily Horoscope for Cancer Summary

The current chart is one of those ones where you get bounced in between reflecting on the past and looking ahead to the future. Knowing where you came from is important, because it sets the base for everything that follows. You can learn from past mistakes - you can also learn from past successes. All of these things can help you set reasonable expectations for what's to come moving forward, and at the same time, you can have a better idea of what to do and not do in certain situations.

Looking ahead isn't as easy, because you don't know what's coming next. There can be a lot of anticipation, often hope, and this mental exercise of trying to figure out what the future looks like. People can make some decisions about what path they're going to take, and that's important, because if you don't know where you're going, where are you going?

These two mindsets will tend to win out more often than not today, but the third, and probably most important one you don't want to lose sight of is what you're dealing with in the present. People can often be a bit oblivious to this right now, and it will show up in the mistakes and missteps they make. More often than not when something goes awry right now, it's because someone wasn't paying enough attention. So if you have things to do, focus on them and think them through as well as you can. You can reflect or dream during the quiet times. But don't get lost in space when you actually need to be doing something. If you can manage that, this energy is pretty good to work with. Best of luck.

The Daily Horoscope for Cancer

You can have your passions to follow right now, and when they're switched on, you can pursue them with a lot of intensity. But that's an intensity that will be difficult to keep up over the long haul. That's going to make it more important that you're picking your spot to go all-in on things, and you should also try to feel out when you can take your foot off the gas and coast a little. Saving some energy for when things get really intense will ensure you have the ability to get through them with the best possible outcomes.

Daily Tao

People do not fear death
How can they be threatened with death?
If people are made to constantly fear death
Then those who act unlawfully
I can capture and kill them
Who would dare?
There exists a master executioner that kills
If we substitute for the master executioner to kill
It is like substituting for the great carpenter to cut
Those who substitute for the great carpenter to cut
It is rare that they do not hurt their own hands
