The key is in remembering you don't have to accomplish the things you ultimately want to do immediately. This energy isn't about instant completion of tasks. It's just about getting the ball rolling, getting some momentum behind you. One thing tends to lead to another, and over time, you can see some progress made in different areas where you're putting in the effort.
