Daily Horoscope for Leo Summary

The current energy can create some challenges for us right now. Firstly, we have Mercury and Pluto opposing each other today. This has a "shooting yourself in the foot" quality to it. People will tend to say things that push others further away. Some of the things that can be said will come across as insensitive and lacking perspective. When people get locked in on something they want, they can be a bit ruthless as to how they go about obtaining it. So you need to keep a close eye on how situations are developing. Are you going to contribute to any chaos and drama, or are you going to be the one looking to smooth things out.

On top of that, the Sun is also opposing Saturn. It's a time where people need to be self-motivated in order to keep the wheels turning, but this motivation can tend to be lacking. Some problems can compound simply because you don't do anything about them. If you're sitting around, waiting for someone else to do something for you, you're already losing. It will be tough, but it's very important that you keep on top of your responsibilities and don't give into any urges to slack off and be lazy.

You put it all together, and you wind up with a chart that promotes apathy. When things get tough, a lot of people are going to start mailing it in. Bad situations deteriorate into worse situations. Good situations are difficult to get off of the ground.

The important thing to realize is that it's all still action-based. You control your actions. You control your will, and you also control your decisions. You might default to a path of least resistance here (as well as the people around you), but that doesn't mean you have to take it. Just remember, if everyone else stands still, and you crawl forward a few inches, that's still ground you've gained. Look for ways to stay engaged with what you're doing. Set some goals and make sure you carry them out. Be realistic with the day's expectations. If you manage these sorts of things, you're going to do better than most. Every uphill battle still involves a step at a time, so focus on your next step. Best of luck.

This energy requires a difficult level of balance between staying active and investing too much time on one given thing. The nature of the energy is that things you do here might become undone. You might have to redo some of the things you spent a lot of time creating. Knowing this, it's a bit easier to try and sag back, but you still need to push things forward some. Get jobs started. Try to broaden the scope of what you're working on. This will make it easier to bounce from one thing to the next if you get stuck waiting at any point.
