When transiting Mars opposes Pluto, it brings intense energy, power struggles, and a desire for transformation. How this show up for us depends on the houses that Mars and Pluto are transiting. Because Mars is spending an extremely long time in Cancer, due to retrogrades, this effect will last for several months rather than a few weeks. This transit also coincides with the Pluto return of the USA which is a very big deal. If you look back at Pluto in Capricorn you can see all the huge changes that have happened in this country since 2008. Now we will have 20 years of Pluto in Aquarius.
