Daily Horoscope for Aquarius Summary

This is definitely a day where we could each use a little bit more Zen, that goes equally for everyone since we’re all riding in the same boat on this here, our earth. You know that when the weather is as crazy as it’s been, that it’s really just icing on our communal cake…and that means this cake isn’t toped as much with icing as it is icy, and the cake below….we’ll it’s bound to be a little bittersweet. But that’s just the thing- it’s our cake and we get to do with it as we please….sometimes we don’t even want to eat it, sometimes it seems like it could only be used as fodder for a good old “face-pie”…but it always remains our cake, ours, and that’s what will always make it so special- that we get to do the choosing.

The Zen proverb above sits on my desktop right now… peaking out behind these words. It serves as interesting fuel right now given the overwhelming energy we’ve got emerging in the form of renewal, trying to make it’s own headway behind the scenes of a retro Mercury pairing up with the intensity of the Sun (and an intense Sun it is!). This of course makes things a bit more personal in nature and just as it should be- the best we can do right now is to pay very close attention to the smallest of our own details. This goes beyond a typical “pay attention to what you are doing” kind of way, and burrows down as far as the feeling beneath the feeling. Just by being so in tune with out own actions, and how they feel, we are much closer to the source of this energy and what it’s trying to tell us…

Take, for example, all the people who get to unearth their car right now from a snow bank, or shovel a driveway that isn’t used to seeing an inch or two much less a foot or two of snow…it’s not in being in-tune with the act, it’s absorbing every nuance of it’s expression- what it feels like to be alive Through the action/situation itself. Yeah, it may not Seem wise, but just taking off your gloves and freezing your fingers and you’ll know the joy and life force of getting to warm them back up… it’s all in the little things right now and there’s much to be consumed by…

Still, it’s the renewal factor in this energy pattern that remains of so much interest…this is when the silver lining shines through when you least expect it, or from behind the thing you never expected the shining sun to be behind…the past sneaks out and brings forth new energy and understanding….but first you have to consider it, be willing to bring it out into the light to see it for what it is.

Yeah, it will take a little bit of bold action and willingness to take a step into unknown territory for this energy to shine, but make no mistake, it will be well worth the effort… I’ll get more into it in the weekend summary so stay tuned & shine on!
