A lot of the current energy can focus on obstacles to progress, even those that don’t seem like obstacles. In some senses people can be lured into false states of achievement, where something seems like you’ve been successful, but that success doesn’t actually radiate into pushing you any further along your path towards your goals. It’s like if you root for a sports team, and they win, that’s great and all, but doesn’t really affect your personal life at all. So you want to make sure you’re getting excited about the things that actually do put real life points on your scorecard.

There can be some intense emotional swings today, due mainly to the Mars component in the Grand Cross. It’s going to be important that you have a handle on things, that you don’t rush to react to things around you and if you feel a surge of emotions coming on, that you cool down and think things through before acting. The reactionary approach is going to put people in tough spots, and with that in mind, it’s very important to prepare for things beforehand, maybe even as far as mapping out possibilities for everything in your mind in advance. When you’re ready for what comes next, you can mitigate some of the impulsive decision-making that comes with this energy. Best of luck.

There can be an impulse to explore and take on new adventures, but you have to be more choosy about which ones you ultimately select. Some things you wish to do might have essential components you need to learn about first. Climbing Mount Everest would be a huge accomplishment, but it’s probably not the best thing to attempt if you’ve never climbed anything before. You might want to start small and work your way up.
