There can be impulses to try and get things done quickly, but because people will adapt rapidly on the fly, it's not likely that people will stick too close to any predesignated paths.

Overall, the energy will tend to reward people who are comfortable doing things their own way. There's a certain "who cares?" mentality people will have when anyone comes around to challenge them. Normally, there might be some confrontations that result because of this, but because people can be successful shooting from the hip and seeing what happens, there won't be a ton of opportunity for others to call them out on anything.
