The energy is trending in a more positive direction today, which should take a little stress off of everyone. For people feeling fired up and energetic, it should be easier to find productive ways to apply that energy. It will be a good day to get things done, and you can accomplish more now that you would in an average day.
There's also an element of people being able to figure out what they want to do with their time and effort moving forward. If you've questioned work or career related issues lately, you can start to put some things together and establish a better sense of direction.
We still have Mercury retro and this can mess with everyone's communications. There still might be some moderate issues with sleep. But overall these issues are starting to fade. The keys to the day are to focus on work-type duties and to clear as much off your to-do list as possible. The more you get done, the easier the rest of the week is going to be for you. Best of luck.

In general, your mentality can be of the sort that the more people you have involved in something, the easier it'll be to mitigate any one individual's flaws. It's a very collective mentality and you can spend a lot of time recruiting people to your causes. It won't always be easy, but you can find ways to get through to others and find common ground. You want to avoid situations and relationships built on desire more than anything substantial though. If there isn't depth to your connections, you probably want to find people with more similar beliefs and ideas to hang around.
