Daily Horoscope for Aquarius Summary

Today I Start my Life Anew...
I wrote about the Saturn/Venus/Pluto stellium in Capricorn that we are currently dealing with yesterday (you can go back and read it if you like) the best way I can think of to describe this type of energy is through real life examples... My story didn't happen under this exact planetary condition, but it does accurately describe the overall vibe of it... It is all about returning to a more simplistic and efficient perspective... Where quality is so much more important than quantity.

I had put on a LOT of weight when I moved my office into my home... Too much sittin' around and snackin' I 'Spose... It got to a point where I knew something needed to be done... I had heard/read something about primitive man and how they often didn't eat everyday... I started to do the same... I'd pick 2 random days of the week and limit myself to 600 calories... The other 5 days I could eat whatever I wanted... That was years ago and altogether, I lost 92 lbs with very little effort.

The Capricorn energy we are dealing with has that same kind of 'do things in a slow but sure' manner... The wild part about eatin' caveman style is that it has a way of re-programming you... I cannot eat fast-food anymore because I feel terrible afterwards... Geeshka, you guys know I am not 'Mr. Healthnut' hehe, but I am stunned when I order a salad instead of 'fries'... Not because I want to be healthy, but because I'd rather have that instead... (strange huh?)...

The Capricorn energy we are dealing with works the same kind of way... It's all about making slow, steady and continuous progress... It also has a way of firing up your imagination too... Just like the caveman diet, if you know you only can have 600 calories, you learn to get pretty creative... In fact, you can eat pretty damn good... My doctor asked me how I lost the weight and she said she was gonna give it a go too.
