The inner nature of the energy is opposition, as the Sun conflicts with Uranus. There will be some content to roll with the status quo, and some who see stagnation as something that's terrible for everyone. You'll notice as the day goes along that people might seem a little bit more ornery and steadfast in their beliefs. This isn't a great time to try and persuade others to do things that they don't want to do.
At the same time, as the Mercury retro cycle winds down and this energy moves towards fazing out, you want to keep an eye on the future, the things you've learned recently and how they're going to impact the future that you want to see. The potential for growth is going to be pretty solid moving ahead, but it relies on us to learn from what we've seen before and applying those lessons to make sure we improve upon the past. Much of what's going on around you can be in flux, which makes it harder for you to get a grip on what you should do moving forward. Others will tend to look to you for an example as well, which can only up the pressure you can feel when making choices. While it might be nice, you don't have to be anyone's hero, and certainly not if it puts you in bad situations. You might have to tap into your own sense of individualism if you're not getting support from those close to you, but you should have what it takes to shine and draw others who support you from out of the woodwork.
