There can be some distortion on this end; some people will tend to look at things too optimistically and others will look at them too pessimistically. Others yet may miss the mark entirely on what they're taking in. So if you aren't sure or need another angle on things, slow down and get one. Winning that mental battle tends to make the biggest difference in how everything turns out.
Lastly, this is one of those times where if opportunity is there, you need to jump on it. Too often people hesitate when things unfold in their favor, and they end up missing out.
