With the Sun and the Moon connecting.opposing to Uranus, it creates a vibe where people have that 'enough is enough' kind of feeling in order to free themselves from the stress and strain they've been feeling.
With a chart this powerful, you would be wise to treat yourself to a little extra 'kindness and consideration' today... It's a time to 'pace yourself' to avoid pushing yourself too hard...
