There can be people who hold out here, still hopeful they can get what they're looking for, but they're the ones that will tend to be behind when everyone else has moved onto other plans of action.

Relationships can have their complications here as well, though this is mainly going to be because people will be much more direct than usual. You might have some difficult situations thrust upon you, when you'd rather try to evade them. We're going to have to be more active with this chart than we might like, but the end result is going to get pieces moving and things changing. So in your relationships, try to think about things logically as opposed to emotionally and you'll tend to be more understanding of others.
