Doing things with a purpose is the key for now, and if you're able to focus in on what's important, you can make some major moves throughout the day. Dealing with others can occasionally help, as people can tend to head in the same directions, but you might have to work out a plan because everyone will have very different thoughts on how to get to the same place.
