The future and where you see things unfolding is a focal point of the current energy pattern. The thing that makes everything confusing here though is that it's going to be hard to make decisions one way or another on anything. There's a lot of analysis paralysis as they say and just when something starts to feel like a good idea, then your mind kicks in and starts wondering "Is this what I really want?".

The worst thing you can do here though is nothing. Nothing gets you nowhere. You can feel things shifting around you, but not being proactive about it only leaves you further behind the curve. So the idea is to do something. It might not end up being right. It might not end up being what you want. But in doing something, you're at least going to be in motion. That gives you a much easier path to shift towards something you do want down the line if something better arises. Activity will at least gain you some options. Standing by just causes you to watch it all pass by. So pick something, do it, and adjust from there. Best of luck.

This is energy where things can often grow before you're ready for them, leading to situations that become a bit too much for you to handle. You'll have the capacity to talk things through with others, but you need to keep to distinct agendas of important matters when doing so. If you get distracted, you might not get to talking through things that will help you avoid these situations related to growth. In some ways, you need to take responsibility for keeping others up to speed (maybe training them) on what's ahead so they can adequately contribute.
