Getting aligned with others today can be a bit tougher. Everyone is going to have the things they want to talk about, but there can be a lot of talking and not enough listening. If you're the one paying attention, it sets you up for a good level of success right now. Simply remembering something from a conversation can set you up to be lauded like some kind of hero at times. Worst case, you can save a lot of headaches just by staying focused, locking in on details and preparing for what you're supposed to do.

While the conversational and planning aspects can be rougher, this energy is much better for picking out new objectives and looking to pick up new items. We can put a lot more mental effort into thinking about the specifics of what we want. The energy is good about letting us be selective here, where we can be patient and wait for something ideal, or dig through a ton of options for the best one. You'll have a stronger affinity for a lot of the tasks you can end up doing today. You might electively choose to do work if you enjoy the actual process of it. It'll also be easier to slide towards activities you want to do, rather than ones you're forced to do. While the general relationship energy here is good, you will be a bit closer for now to those with who you share a common purpose, so you might have better interactions with others at work (or service types of activities, like volunteering).
