It doesn't necessarily translate into focus, because we're all susceptible to zoning off and thinking of other things we have to get done while working on something different altogether. So first and foremost, pay attention to what you are working on (or who you are talking to). Most of the problems people will have today are going to come simply because they were distracted.
In addition to this, you can't discount the fact that everyone is going to have their blinders on today. If you need to cooperate with others throughout the day, you are going to have to crack through their shields and capture their attention. If you've got plans with others, others might forget (so remind them beforehand).
Try to keep communication pathways open and stay aware of what's going on around you. That's all you really need to navigate today's energy and things should run smoothly. Best of luck.

When you talk to others, you can become far more concerned with “right now”. Everything is going to have to happen instantaneously to satisfy you. You can put pressure on others at the same time to deliver things on the spot. This isn't going to be fair to them and at the same time, you might end up getting a crappy product in return if whoever's making it is rushed. Most of the things you need today don't require being on the fast track. It's in your best interest to show more patience today and allow things to take their natural course.
