Daily Horoscope for Aries Summary

Every so often a transit comes along that scrambles the mind, making it tough to focus, or making it tough to come up with the appropriate thoughts necessary. This is one of those times. The toughest thing about this transit can be that it's so difficult to get thought processes started, because you know what you should be focusing on, but the distractions jump out and take over from the get go.

Neptune's involved in all of this, and whenever Neptune's in a rough spot, it can also lead to sleeping issues, troublesome dreams, or fantasies from your dreams influencing you in the waking world. So be aware of this, and it might help if you take extra precautions regarding your sleep cycle, going to bed at a regular time without external stimulants around.

From the mental perspective, it's going to be tough to see where things will pay off. When you do get excited about things, there can be let downs, which isn't to say that things will be bad, but they might not turn out to be what you expected.

But the underlying nature of this energy is all about perception. It's going to be easy to "perceive" things aren't going right, because they might not match your wants exactly. If you can separate your wishes and desires from the things actually going on around you, then you might see that things really aren't so bad. It's the people who want to buy into the negative perceptions out there that will seem to struggle the most, so keep a positive attitude and try to see the bright side of things. Best of luck.

This can turn into pleasure overload. The mind wants to daydream about your ideal situations, while your body is going to have its own physical cravings. Unfortunately, the two aren't going to mesh, and when you make a move to satisfy one of them, you're going to set the other back (like thinking about losing 10 pounds, and then eating a giant hot fudge sundae). You can play the middle route, where you avoid indulging in either, but then you're left unfulfilled. The other option is picking your side, mind vs. body and coming to terms with the setbacks you'll face with regard to the one you're neglecting.
