The work week ahead can be a little challenging. First of all, Mercury goes retrograde today, which can screw with people’s abilities to communicate with each other. Make sure you are very descript about what you need from others, and follow up on things to the best of your ability. If you sit back on your heels, others will forget to tell you things and you’ll be susceptible to delays.

More pointed towards today is the Sun and Jupiter conflicting with each other; a connection that can lead many of the things we end up doing to be counterproductive, making more work than there needed to be in the first place. Assess things before you act; often a moment of hesitation allows you to see why something isn’t going to work out to your advantage. This is also a time where you can’t go overboard in the way you accomplish common tasks. People will be looking for added humility out of each other and when someone preens a little too proudly, everyone else can start to gang up.

The key to success today is putting in the extra time to ensure quality communications, in addition to finding a successful balance between your ambitions and this need for others to respect what you are doing. Revealing your plans only gives others the opportunity to hold them up. But the more that you accomplish that flies under the radar the better because later on people will notice it and they’ll be in a more receptive frame of mind. Best of luck.
