Some things in this world cannot be accomplished by sheer force of will, or by exerting as much pressure you can (particularly on other people). Nevertheless, this can be the chosen tactic many will choose to apply as they try to come about the things they desire this weekend. Imagine their frustration when these things don’t work. When this is the case, many will choose to “push even harder”, but they’re still likely to make little to no progress at all.

Knowing this, you need to be smarter about how you apply your energy. Trying to speed things up is likely to be in vain, so you need to really be patient and find ways to grit it out. At the same time, this energy is of the sort that is going to cause some to press their luck, so you also have to be aware of others who might be acting recklessly. A common problem can be making things that can wait a short period so essential that you have to complete them now. That’s where so many people are going to get into trouble. So assess where you have some leeway to work with and if you have it, don’t be afraid to use it.

While some of the situations you’ll face might seem intense, in the grand scheme of things they won’t be as huge, so try to avoid making things out to be more than they really are. If you keep everything in proper perspective, you should be alright. This won’t ensure others will do the same (so you might have to temper their own expectations in the process), but you can only control so much, so do your best. Best of luck.
