The first rule of tennis is to never stop moving your feet. Life is always in action, just like a tennis ball. If you want to get the most out of your play, you’ve got to keep moving, you’ve got to already be in action. This energy is aligning currently with energy from Mars and making a strong connection to Pluto. Keeping on your toes right now is going to make all the difference, it’s this alert and alive energy that you will be radiating that will draw others in, make, and keep them ultra aware of your presence. This can be a great attractive force but it can also work to bring out the animal and even competitive nature in others. Especially when insecurities come into play. This is when others can imagine the need to prove themselves or desire a need for one-upmanship. If you are aware of this, you can easily avoid getting into any power plays that might arise.

You already know these are intense energy patterns that we are under and that’s just going to be a theme that plays out in 2014. The key is to be able to tune into and focus on the factors that are shifting behind the scenes…what most people miss by not taking the time to find out more about them. The best part of my job writing these horoscopes is getting to know about these vibes which automatically give me more information about how others are acting and why. Some things in life really are free.

There’s a really cool element of fate working with our current chart and it centers on following up with the next stage in the process. There’s likely lots of planning going on right now for most people, and it’s energy like this that gets to the core of where we want to see ourselves down the road (like planning a few moves ahead in Chess, you never know if it will happen but you’ve got to get the idea anyway).

There’s an emotional edge to this that can easily draw out the communicative side of things…listening to what people say right now can be ultra insightful and really work to help shape our ideas of where the energy in motion is headed. Keep in mind that this energy needs to be taken personally, there’s a high degree of responsibility that goes along with all this and you can’t rely on others for direction. It’s all about knowing what you can handle and what you will follow through on. Be honest with yourself first and foremost at this time.
