I don’t know about where you are, but when the wind blows like it has been, and the people “upstate” speak of snow, and you have found your gloves…well, it’s winter! In that spirit…and since the chart energy this weekend screams of self-healing (and what does that better than a little deep freeze- and I hate to freeze but I will admit it!)…Well then here’s a little Vivaldi Winter for you in the healing (and original, and universe abounding) frequency of 432 Hz:

Talk it out. If there were three words I could attach to the healing energy that we’ve got rockin’ this weekend, those would be it. Though it’s not what it first sounds…sure, it applies greatly to relationships in a verbal sense, but what I am referring to is the healing energy that is our own gift to ourselves, and like the essential base element of exposure therapy in psychology suggests, the scary things become a lot less so when we face them head on and talk it through.... It is interesting to note that we humans get all sorts of ideas…and when they remain as feelings and rather formless little blobs in the mind, they really aren’t fully realized… it’s a gift to be able to sort them out in a more literal context…the ability to talk to ourselves (yeah I said it) and write things down…even a bunch of nonsense (or it might first seem) works wonders to heal and clarify! Personally, I spent 10 years working in the field of mental health and never saw this practice not do any good.

Along these lines…there’s a fresh energy at work with relationships of all kinds at work this weekend, and this is when a special thought and sentiment (often merely the attention itself that goes into considering the other) will work magic to draw people together. Truly listen. This is when wit and a smile work double!

There’s an element of fate working here that cannot be missed too…this is very personal in nature and it should be noted that it comes with of flair and can roll in like the mist of a dream…it’s time to go big or go home. Like always, and it’s always worth repeating: You must be direct and ask the universe for what you want (Uni might be able to guess but doesn’t seem to like to!). This energy is not what is expected- I mean this in the way that stagnation and repetition will not be attended to! It’s the new and the bold idea that gets the attention right now. Be different. Enjoy your individuality- it IS the shine!
