Venus and Mercury are the power duo that will probably draw the most attention this weekend. Of course, we’ve got a lot of energy connections and alignments coming from so many of the planets right now it can be a challenge just to figure out what to pay attention to… This can lead to a scatter-brained-ness that is nothing if not often amusing, but often only when viewed from an outside perspective. Of course, it is a time to pay attention….it’s the little things that will likely prove to be the most telling and eventful.

The energy from Venus and Mercury boosts the drive forward…which is a great refreshment for things that have been stuck in repetition or delay (like our good old Crisp to the point of Snapping New York winter!). This is when ideas take flight and it will be easy to get ourselves going in too many directions at once, this is where focus becomes the key. This is a great time for indulging in ideas of what is to come, as long as you are grounded in the now, a playful and non-committed stance is great here as this time is for considering all the options. Sometimes getting carried away leads you straight back to what you know you should be focusing on…

There’s a good dose of social energy working this weekend too and it’s also got a refreshing nature to it as the unpredictability factor is high…the natural comedy here comes when we think we know how others will act, say, or do …and they don’t. This energy is working with a spur-of-the-moment kind of energy that makes people quick to take action. This energy makes things seem like easy choices and can more easily look over blind spots…better to think twice. It’s really focused on weighing options. Overall, those who can easily let go of the personal focus while in a group setting are open to the magic, set yourself aside and enjoy the shared space!
