Today I Learned: When the Spanish arrived in the Yucatan peninsula...
The first Spanish explorers asked what the area was called...
And the response they received, "Yucatan"...
It was a Yucatec Maya word meaning...
"I don't understand what you're saying"...

The comedy of real life and it's retrogrades...
That's what today's chart is all about Moon-doggies... It's pretty wild how if you can keep a cool head, even when there is total madness going on around you how well things can go for you...

If you've ever seen those old slap-stick comedies, that is what it's been like around the house tonight... I'm covered in paint & plaster as I've been doing some remodeling work... My sister-in-law calls and asks if she can stop by with her friend from India to have a look at her chart... I tell her, sure c'mon over... I remember I have to post the new horoscopes, so just as I go in to do that, I crash the main server... Arrggg... I'm trying to get that fixed and debating if I should switch everything over to the backup machines... Just then, Sally & her friend arrive... The question of do I fix the machines or run the charts...

I decide to run the charts... And there is something wild happens when you focus your concerns away from yourself (overcoming the retrogrades) and towards helping someone else... As I'm lookin' over the charts, we're laughin' & goofin' as I 'splain the current madness that is goin' on... We take the time & go over the charts and just as we're finishing up... Ka-Blam... It hits me what the problem is with the server... A couple minutes later it's all fixed and we're back in business, life is good and all is calm once again... Time for a fine cigar... hehe...

I call this kind of evening... "Life For Slow Learners"... (which I am a proud member of)... All of us can get so caught up in the madness and chaos of our everyday lives, so sometimes the universe creates these mini-comedies to help us put it all back into perspective... And when we do catch on, there is that long moment of "duhhhhh ok I get it now"... hehe...

Anyway... That's all I got right now... I'll talk to ya's later...
