Here we are just a few more hours until we live through the Ultimate Day of Dark. Otherwise known as the Winter Solstice. A time of renewal and intimate contemplation with ourselves as we wait for longer and warmer days… This year, it is on a Monday, so the alignment could not be more easily configured.

The weekend energy really highlights the last hours of the Sun in Sagittarius as well….this is when people will be driven to play the lotto, and those who play the lotto will hog the checkout counter for a countless amount of time as they dream up all sorts of new numbers to play. On a more core level, this energy is rockin the driving force behind our dreams and ambitions, but less so on the surface level of “dear santa, I want millions” and more so on the level of “dear santa, I want love and connection”. This is because the razor sharp knowledge that millions can not buy love is more than obvious and so many with so much would trade a Lot to have their hearts filled.

One of the most interesting parts of our energy over the weekend is the driving force behind Uranus. Venus is dead center but there is also a strong lunar influence and the point of fortune gets in the mix. This is a rather nervous and impatient energy mix that can have us pushing for release of tension in the easiest ways…but unfortunately, this energy is here for us to stew in a bit, so an honest recognition of our internal feelings is a must. The key is in what can not be seen and is so personal that splashing in our own muddy waters is the only way through…

It really boils down to the spiritual side of things. This is an ultimate time where I can’t stress enough how important it is to sit down, close your eyes and visualize and simply pour the energy into ourselves- a time of filling and basking in our own needs and drives for Love. It starts from within. This is really the true core so I will leave you with this and wish you a very merry
