When you do the same things over again, it can sap some of the enthusiasm out of you. When you look at things in a different way though, where you might change the goal or method of handling a task, you can find more success and in turn more enthusiasm.

The real key to this energy is to find a way to find some form of joy in the things that you do. It might be simple. It might be something others find silly or pointless. But anything that keeps you engaged mentally is going to continue to fuel your fire inside. Anything that leads to one success, no matter how small, can help spring you forward to the next challenge. So if you find yourself stuck in a rut, change the game. Break things up, mix them around, try something new, or even try something more challenging.
