I've had that quote hanging up in my office for approx 20 years, as a reminder not to lose sight of the Big Picture or to sell out my future for some reckless or impulsive "fix"... And watching the way the leaders are reacting lately, it seems pretty clear to me that they feel they are running out of options... You can blame this or that, but at the end of of the day it's usually the economy that reveals the truth of what is really going on... (follow the money)...

So whenever you hear the media preachin' "doom and gloom" you should realize that we are at a point of major opportunities and cross-roads... (that is how the venus energy really works)... As the Sun & Venus approach the sign of Cancer, people are feeling the need for security... Both financially and personally... And whenever you see the events that we have seen this past week, that is when those in power tend to try to run their power-plays to ram-rod their agenda's that would normally be rejected matter of factly under normal conditions... It's like a scene from a movie we have all seen a million times... But if you're clever and alert, these times can be golden opportunities.

Think about it... At the end of the day, all most people want is to have a happy, productive and prosperous life... When those leaders they trusted to provide growth and prosperity for them fail... They start looking to other sources... And when that happens, anything and everything is possible... Astrologically, we call this "transformation"....

Today's Aries chart has a bit of that "wait and see" kind of attitude... Especially when it comes to taking action based upon what others might have said or promised... In a way, it is very much like Mercury retrograde expect that with Saturn retrograde it tends to have a lot of financial implications to it... This is the universe's way of slowing you down because there will likely be other choices & options available in the near future... A very good time for any social activites.
