Daily Horoscope for Aries Summary
The Mars/North Node Opposition...
...This Mars in Aquarius/N-Node in Leo is a really important aspect and we would be wise to pay very close attention to what is currently going on both in our personal lives as well as in the "global picture".
This is an indicator of what often turns out to be a personal standoff between two opposing sides... In a way, you can look at it like the "old ways" are at odds with the "new ways"... Or those that have been in high positions of power (for a very long time) are feeling that power slipping away, and could go to extremes in order to hold onto it... The really important part is the Node in Leo shows that it is the Universe/Big Spirit that has pre-determined the outcome.
Mars in Aquarius can be rather aggressive, short-tempered and stubborn as hell... hehe... If you can picture Veruka Salt in the old Willy Wonka movie singin' "I don't care how, I want it now"... Then you would have a really good idea of how that side of the energy works... And should Mars in Aquarius not get it's way, it can/could go to extremes to try to pull the entire situation down out of spite and recklessness.
On the other side of the chart, the North Node in Leo shows a radical shift in leadership from the past... It deals with seeing the Big Picture and this energy is there to restore greater economic balance and prosperity through cooperation and wisdom... Leo is the sign that signifies leadership through cooperation and creating a string/series of smaller successes that add up to victories... There can also be a vanity element when the Leo energy is not given the respect and recognition it feels it deserves... If you can envision Tom Brady (N.E. Patriots Quarterback) and the way he utilizes every strength, tool or edge he can, in order to succeed... One play at a time... Then you can understand this side of the energy.
With these two sides clashing, it could lead to conflict... With the Sun aligned with the Node, If I was a gambler, I'd bet on the Node... Because even if it gets knocked down, it will get right back up again as the Leo energy never gives up... And the Node is the indicator of the direction that fate and destiny are taking.
It is a lot easier to see how this can play out in global situations... But in some respect, this energy will be a factor in all of our lives too... Like always, just by being aware of it gives you a huge advantage.
