Depth in your conversations can be a difficult thing to really reach right now, which is made worse by the fact that it can be the thing you need most. People are going to by and large be content to keep things light and easy on the surface. However, the day's situations will usually require a little more insight and understanding than we'll be willing to give them at their base. Thinking about things a little bit more than just a passing thought will go a long way towards avoiding troublesome scenarios.

You might have some sleep-related oddities here for a few days as well, so it's probably going to benefit you if you're earlier to bed than you might typically be. When you're over-tired, you can be ornery the following day, and it's those agitated conversations where we get frustrated that have the most potential to go poorly. So put less of an onus on pushing things, and more of one on preparedness and conserving your effort and energy for the times when you need it the most. Getting enough rest can be something of a chore right now, because your mind will be more mentally active. This makes it important to pick your spots. At the same time though, you need to actively seek out places to grow and learn more about what's going on around you. It's easy when things come directly to you, but taking a more active approach becomes necessary when you go through a bit of a lull. While you might have to create social opportunities for yourself here, when you do, others are going to have a lot of interesting things to say.
