Today We Start our Lives Anew..!!

Ok... This is a big day for me... Turning 65 years old... Officially have obtained "Old Man Jenkin's" status... The story behind "old man jenkins" was my son Jesse comin' home from school all excited about what he was learnin'... Started tellin' us the story about 'jenkins' until we realized he was talkin' about Abe Lincoln... He couldn't remember his name so he called him Jenkins hehe... So in reality... Today will likely be very much like the other 23 thousand days... With challenges... Victories... Defeats... And if by chance I do not 'get it right' today... Then if I'm lucky I'll have another day tomorrow to try again...

It's funny that the only subject I ever failed at school was "English" and I end up writing... It wasn't that I didn't know the subject matter... It was more that it was the last class of the day and my friends and I would skip class and 'go on adventures'... And what adventures we had (and still do at times)... We made Tom Sawyer and Huck Finn look like pikers/pretenders fercrissakes... We would get 'caught' and I'd get suspended (which was like a vacation) and the school officials would fight over who would drive me home... Because they absolutely LOVED my mom... hehe... Think I tell stories?... My mom could go on for hours/days if you let her... hehe... We called it "The Dowd Syndrome"... hehe...

I've said it a ga-jillion times and I'll repeat it again... My Scopes in reality are really just notes I am makin' to myself... As long as I 'write it down' I tend to remember it as I go through my day to day... (life for slow learners)... It's just that back in 1996 when there was this new thing called 'internet' I started to post them online and a lot of people from all over the world discovered them... Back then, there were only really 3 astrologers on line... John Cainer, Rob Brenzy and myself... I also wrote for the newspapers (think I still may be in some, not sure)... But they limited me to how many words or spaces I could use... I played along for a while but that made it work... So I quit writing for print.

I know my 'Scopes are not a work of Art' but if you add up all the words I've written, it works out to about 50+ full length novels... Lots of books with 'Geeshka'... 'Pass the Olives'... 'Fercrissakes'... hehe... (and a lot more)... But the best part about it, is that I do not want/expect you guys to believe the same as I do... I tell you what I honestly see in the charts... I have nothing to gain and there is nothing I expect in return... If there is any thanks due... You should look up to the Big Sky to thank those that have donated that without them there would be no weeklyhoroscope... So that's my rant for today... Let's get into today's chart...

So Anyway...
Let's get into it...
Today's chart has a sensitive and subjective kind of vibe... (as you can see in above paragraphs)... And with a Pisces Moon, it reminds us that there can be 'more to the story than meets the eye'... It's when we need to pay as much attention to the 'feelings' we have as to our 'thoughts'... And added with the other planet placements it is what I call 'the silent knowing'... (not knowing how or why, but just knowing that you know)... hehe...

It's also tends to be very expressive and creative too... A good time to sit back and allow others to take 'center stage' and to let them shine... Especially those that tend to 'shun the spotlight' but may have something to say... They'll appreciate that and remember you did.

So now that this is written... I can start my day... Let's see... I'll work on the new computer program I am writing... I also have to try to find an electrical short in one of my cars... Take the dogs to the dog park so they can 'run like the wind'... Before I do that, I'll start a fire in the grill to slow-roast/smoke a pork tenderloin... (I've been told by some that it's the best turkey they've ever tasted)... hehe... As well as do the things I have to do for my "Real Job"... So it's just another day.
