Keeping realistic expectations is at the heart of the current chart. Everyone is going to want things done as quickly as possible, and the way the energy is set up, they can see what things stand to be like at the end of the road. But it's the steps along the way that matter, and all too often here, people will tend to skip past essential ones in the hopes that things will wrap up more quickly. And they will. But what are you left with in those situations?

That's what it all comes down to. These are important times for us in a financial sense, where a lot of things moving around right now will set the table for our future earning potential. It's where things that are well thought out and ingenuitive can grow to new heights, but it's also where things that limit such potential will face fierce opposition. If you think something's standing in your way, things will get rather heated. It can be an emotional time because things will always seem close, but this is also when the biggest hurdles can loom out there. So be mindful of the process. Do the things necessary to be successful and if you're getting impatient, find out why certain steps are necessary. That understanding can go along way to making sure things turn out the way they're supposed to. Best of luck.

In your mind, you might think you're priced in to doing certain things in a work sense, but you might get tasked with things you feel are below your pay grade. In the end though, are you moving things along by helping out right now? Many of the things you'll be asked to do here can be somewhat short-lived, so it's probably not worth objecting to them. For things that seem like a longer-term investment or commitment though, you might want to be a bit more resistant on them.
