Pushing through or staying busy just to avoid feeling something will only make things heavier. If your energy dips, that's your cue to rest, not a personal failure. Simple plans will feel better than cramming your schedule, and small pleasures will go further than big achievements. Trust your mood as useful information, not a problem. This is a "less effort, more ease" kind of weekend, let things be soft where they can be and just enjoy life!
