Mars in Leo adds some fire and makes you want to have fun, be noticed, and do things your own way. There's also a strong push to stop overthinking and simply trust what you already know. Basically, enjoy yourself, say what you mean, and don't create a three-act drama out of something that could be solved with one honest conversation.
