We’ve got a fair amount of chaos loaded into the chart today, with five planets loaded up into Grand Cross formation. That can make things a bit more stressful all about, but the learning experience that we can accumulate will be stronger as well. This is where strong moments of adversity come into play, and you need to be at your best in order to make sure that you can try to come through alright. There can be some issues with communicating with others in ways they can’t understand, and sometimes volatile situations can arise when we choose to fan the flames rather than looking for a diplomatic way out. So don’t get caught up in the emotional side of things.

These squabbles also can overflow into the work day, so it’s going to be important to look at work related issues through the scope of collective achievement. When everyone is looking to achieve a common goal, things are going to go smoothly. When everyone is in it for themselves, the jostling for position is going to bring everyone down. So don’t gossip about your co-workers, or say anything incendiary to others and keep focused on what it is you need to accomplish. If you can keep the atmosphere with others on a civil level, you’ll do okay.

Lastly, remember that in this world, people mistake a lot of things for “impossible”. “I can’t do that, it’s impossible.” Really though, 99% of the time “impossible” just means “too hard, I don’t want to deal with it”. When you get upset about things in your life, think about what you did today. If there was a time to make a name for yourself, this would be it, but you have to understand it’s a tall mountain to climb. Your ideas can have the capacity to provide long-term stability, but usually you’re going to have to clear out all of the elements that would make something unstable to begin with (and this might involve cutting back people as well). There can be some difficult decisions to make, but not making them at all will just cause issues to perpetuate.
