The day can have a weird way of playing tricks on you, having things seem to develop in ways you wouldn't expect. Some situations can draw to a close, while others can become altered in ways that take you down a completely different path than you were heading. If you're rigid in your ways, this can be something of a problem. The more you fight to keep things heading the way you want them, the more you'll tend to get worn out by the constant resistance.

In some ways, it's like walking a dog. If you keep the dog on the tight leash, it fights against the strain and it becomes a constant battle. But if you give him some slack, he runs a little bit more free, and while you can't control him, he kind of goes in the area he wants, tires himself out, and you move on from there.

So the idea is to give a little when things get tight and go with the flow. If the energy takes you in a certain direction, check it out. A lot of people's apprehension here will be fear of the unknown, but once you actually get there, and it isn't unknown anymore, you'll see that it's probably something you can work with. You can go to great pains to try and plan things out today. The problem is you can't totally predict what other people are going to do, and they can tend to do things that put your plans at risk. It doesn't mean you shouldn't create plans, and it doesn't mean others should really be at fault for doing what they want to do. While you might not be pleased when you find out things might be going down differently as you anticipated, you should at least hear others out and see what they've come up with, because it might be better than what you had yourself.
