While the Grand Cross has finally downgraded into a T-Square, we also have the Sun and Saturn conflicting today, which is going to keep a lot of the pressure on work-related issues that have been going on recently. As much as you might not want to admit it, there are going to be things to get done, and the only way to get them done is to do them. Sounds simple enough. Except people are going to be very prone to looking for "the easy way" out of situations. They might try to come up with shortcuts that end up taking longer than if they just did things the right way. As a mantra, you should start early, work hard, get things done. The sooner you do them, the sooner they go away.
Beyond that, we still have the Mars-Uranus-Node T-Square, which can increase the emotional stress of situations and create senses of urgency and impatience. People can feel themselves in a stressful situation. They really just want to escape it. But they can be willing to do anything to get to a comfortable state again, often times even if it sets them back quite a bit. This kind of goes hand in hand with the Sun-Saturn aspect in a lot of situations. So if you have things to get done (no matter how uncomfortable you might be in doing them), embrace the situation. Accept you might be doing something for a while, but really, if you bear down and take the lead, make problems go away and ultimately make life easier for those around you, this is the type of energy that can have its share of benefits that come along with it. Best of luck.

Some of your relationships can become somewhat frustrating right now because you can hate the decisions others are making. This is especially true when the impact of those decisions affects you in some manner - there's the potential for you to get resentful and to start looking to "punish" people for putting you in a rough spot. The more you care for someone, the more likely this is, so it's really important to step outside of the situation and see the whole of the relationship before doing anything too rash.
