The current energy is going to have a strong onus on future outlook. It's going to be pretty easy to visualize the things that you want, and your discussions are going to tend to help further clarify those thoughts in your mind. If you're short on goals, this is prime time to set some new ones and get to planning them out.
The problem with this energy is in the amount of work that needs to be done to get things done. While a lot of the things happening right now can be good (especially in a behind the scenes sort of way, which you might not be immediately aware of), there can be so much to get done that it becomes a bit overwhelming. You can see the stresses that it causes you and others pretty openly. Stresses tend to reveal flaws and cracks, and this is where some things might start to break down.
When you get a potent transit like this, and you're dealing with overwhelming to-do lists and things out of your immediate control, it's always best to break things down into smaller chunks and deal with them one step at a time. If you try to solve everything at once, you're going to get burned out and fail. So do it one piece at a time and you'll start to see some progress made. Over time, you begin to inch in the right direction. Best of luck.

Many of your relationships can be in a state of flux here, as some people might be fading out of your life while new ones can move in to take their places. With that said, in newer relationships, you can still be feeling out boundaries and learning what people are likely to do in different situations. You'll do better overall when you have shared goals with others. Having things to do takes a lot of the pressure off of you to find conversation topics and settle into a common wavelength with others.
