While the overall energy is trending upward, today's chart can hit a little harder on the emotional spectrum. This is most likely to occur when people aren't seeing their dreams unfold quickly enough. At that point, there tends to be these emotional outbursts and this is when situations tend to get agitated. If you push too hard, you might end up creating tension with others or in situations that makes matters worse, and actually put you further from your goals.

So this is going to be a time where you're going to need to be more patient overall and wait for the right openings to move forward. Don't force issues and wait to see how things ultimately play out. When you do feel a rush of emotions it's going to help to socialize with others out there, as group settings will tend to take the edge off and also grant you a bunch of different perspectives to see things from. In a simplified sense, things probably aren't as tough as they seem and others will quickly reset you mentally and help you look at things in a calmer and more rational manner. Best of luck.

Try to find a constructive way to word things, because ultimately the goal is to improve situations, not just throw more fuel onto the fire, which is what can happen to others' emotions. You can have strong aspirations of getting everything around you sorted, so the longer loose ends remain untied, the more it will irritate you. Look to achieve this fast, but don't push too hard to the point where things break.
