Daily Horoscope for Cancer Summary

The underlying theme of the current chart is "the proof is in the pudding". There will be a lot of people out there posturing. They can make it seem like everything they are doing is great, and they have total control of what's going on around them. Most of this can be braggadocio though - all talk, but not much to actually back it up when push comes to shove. At the same time, there can be those walking quietly among us, handling their business and working to refine the finer elements of the things they're doing. They might not have much to say on the matter, but when it gets down to it, they're the ones that have the best handle on situations.

Obviously, in the grand scheme of things, it's better to be in that second group of people. This however requires a great deal of effort. Are you doing the right things needed in order to be successful? Are you making sure to get things accomplished, rather than finding reasons and excuses to explain shortcomings away? Ask yourself these questions and see if you're doing more talking than doing. If you seem to be saying the right things but not backing them up, it's a clear sign you need to refocus on what's important. Let your actions do the talking for you. Best of luck.

The Daily Horoscope for Cancer

You'll be much more likely to act based upon principle here, and even if something might not be the right thing to do, you have to defend what you believe. If you're overly passive, others might take advantage, and you might miss out on some opportunities, some of them financial in nature. You don't have to go beating people's doors down in order to find your chances at success, but you do need to be agile enough to switch gears quickly in case something interesting does come up.

Daily Tao

The Tao, eternally nameless
Its simplicity, although imperceptible
Cannot be treated by the world as subservient

If the sovereign can hold on to it
All will follow by themselves
Heaven and Earth, together in harmony
Will rain sweet dew
People will not need to force it; it will adjust by itself

In the beginning, there were names
Names came to exist everywhere
One should know when to stop
Knowing when to stop, thus avoiding danger

The existence of the Tao in the world
Is like streams in the valley into rivers and the ocean
