The current energy is going to be pushing people to challenge established norms and routines as we go about our days. In a lot of situations, we'll take a look at things and question why we should continue to do things the same ways that we've always done them. The problem with this is we're likely to face a lot of resistance when we do try to do things differently. The external pressures in our lives try to push us back into line, because it's often easier for others to deal with you when you're acting consistent to how you always have.

Breaking free from the mold can be tough, and it's not always going to be for everyone here. People will tend to get more agitated when they feel as though they have something to protect, and you might have to deal with some aggression from people who are afraid of losing something important to them. So with that in mind, you want to tread carefully. You might need to keep your own defenses up as well, though you shouldn't go out there trying to initiate conflict unless there's something immediate you find threatening. It's not the easiest energy to navigate, but if you try to simplify things to their core level, it will start to make more sense. Best of luck.

Stepping into leadership roles often means you have to put others' needs above your own. That's something that can arise here, as you're going to be in positions where your desire to evolve will conflict with others' inability to do what you'd need them to do. Helping others find things they're more naturally suited for is going to be a major goal today, especially when you need everyone contributing at full capacity in order to accomplish something.
