In personal interactions, you might have to deal with the emotional side of people as well, and a lot of times you might not be expecting the responses that you get.
On the surface this seems rough, at in practice it can be, but it's very much an "iron sharpens iron" type of energy. If you only focus on the path of least resistance and never push yourself, you're never going to get better. Your bar will always be low. So when you have energy like this, it's an opportunity to improve yourself. Some people may shy away from the challenges that are out there, but if you push yourself, you can ascend to new levels of performance, and it'll show in the results of the things you get involved in. This energy might make it difficult to get enthusiastic about the things you have to do, especially when dealing with responsibilities. You can't completely ignore these things though, and procrastinating is really only delaying the inevitable. So if there's unsavory things you need to get done, you might as well get them out of the way as soon as possible. It can help a little if you try to look forward to the point where things are finished up, as it can grant you a bit of a fresh start.
