There are those times in life where you kind of have to suck it up and do something difficult because you know it's the right thing to do. This is one of those times. The general nature of the energy can be very compassionate and caring (almost too much so at times), but that can also lead to some situations that make life a little more difficult. When you extend yourself to others, in a way, you're also extending yourself to their problems, which in turn can become your problems.

It's wise to know when you should stay out of things, but this is when you want to do that when others are capable of handling things on their own, especially when the experience they'll gain will benefit them in the long run. But many situations others might be going through need a helping hand and you should try to extend that whenever you're able. Everything will be easier dealt with when there's support structures in place. And the same extends to you as well. Don't be too prideful to ask for assistance when something seems a bit too big to take on by yourself. You'll find others can help reduce the load you're feeling, allowing you the ability to get some hard things off your plate. When people come together to solve problems, a lot more can get done than you'd realize. Best of luck.

You're going to put a little extra thought into everything, but you have to be careful that doesn't lead you to overthink things that normally would be simple to figure out. You're going to have a little more emotional drive and it's important you're steering that into productive areas and not allowing that to cause you to act impulsively. You can come up with some creative solutions to problems around you, but you have to give yourself enough time to come up with them; thinking of them after the fact isn't going to help what's already happened.
